らぅめん助屋 佐久店（佐久市）

佐久の「らぅめん助屋 佐久店」には、毎週のように通っています。

暑い日が続いていますが、それでもやっぱり一週間に一回は豚骨ラーメンを食べたくなります。この辺りでは博多豚骨ラーメンを食べることのできる唯一のお店が助屋なので、足繁く通っちゃうんですよね。

「黒らぅめん」（750円）＋「半熟煮玉子」（100円）

助屋のらぅめんの中でも結構好きなのが、この黒らぅめんです。基本の白らぅめんにマー油とキャベツがトッピングされています。濃厚な豚骨にマー油が本当によく合うんですよね。豚骨を一味違ったスープに変身させます。キャベツのシャキシャキ感も良く、箸休めになるのがうれしいですよね。スープを吸ったキャベツもまた美味しいです。

「のり」（100円）

今回はのりをトッピングしてみました。トッピングといっても丼に盛られるのではなく、別皿で運ばれてきます。大体10枚くらいはあるでしょうか、スープに浸して麺に巻いて食べたり、ご飯に巻いて食べたりと、思い思いの方法でいただきました。これだけののりを一度に食べたのは何年ぶりでしょうか？（笑） そのくらいたくさんいただけます。

「赤らぅめん」（750円）＋＋「半熟煮玉子」（100円）

赤らぅめんは、基本の白らぅめんに辛挽肉がトッピングされたらぅめんです。辛挽肉の辛さにより、濃厚な豚骨スープに辛味を与え、美味しくなります。辛過ぎず、程よい辛さもGoodです。こちらもたま～に食べたくなりますよね。

暑い日が続きますが、こういう日だからこそ豚骨ラーメンが食べたくなりますよね。これからも助屋にはちょくちょく訪れたいと思います！ﾍ(^o^)/
