らぅめん助屋 佐久店＠佐久

佐久のお気に入りラーメン店「らぅめん助屋 佐久店」ですが、毎週のように通っています。今回も2回分をまとめてご紹介したいと思います。

助屋にはほぼ週一のペースで訪店しています。それだけ助屋のらぅめんが好きなんですよね～(^^) 最近は各地に進出して勢いのある助屋です。

「白らぅめん」（700円）

助屋で一番基本の白らぅめんです。たまにはということで、今回は追加トッピングはしませんでした。本当に基本のらぅめんですよね。濃厚な豚骨とコシのある極細麺、相変わらず美味しいです。高菜や紅ショウガ、ニンニクなどの薬味が用意されているので、いろいろ味を変えて楽しめるのがいいんですよね～ 僕はいつも高菜とニンニクを投入していただきます。佐久店ではランチ時はライスがサービスになるのですが、ライス上にも高菜をのせていただくのが好みです。

「和風らぅめん」（750円）＋「半熟煮玉子」（100円）

たまには変わったらぅめんをと思い、和風らぅめんをいただくことにしました。あっさり系の豚骨スープに魚介を効かせたスープを合わせた、その名の通り和風テイストに仕上がっています。カツオ節と刻み玉ネギがトッピングされるのも特徴です。いつも濃厚な豚骨に慣れてしまっているせいか、やはりちょっと物足りなく感じましたが、こちらもなかなか美味しいです。刻み玉ネギのシャキシャキ感も良いです。年配の方やこってりなのはちょっとという方にピッタリのらぅめんではないでしょうか？お店の方によると、こればっかりオーダーされるお客さんもいるとか。
